π― Requirements
- 5+ years in People Operations or HR operations.
- Hands-on Workday HCM experience (transactions, data auditing).
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle and HR operations.
- U.S. onboarding and I-9 compliance experience.
- Experience coordinating immigration processes with counsel.
- Familiar with HR service delivery tools such as Jira preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and employee-focused support.
