🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in People Operations or HR operations.
  • Hands-on Workday HCM experience (transactions, data auditing).
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle and HR operations.
  • U.S. onboarding and I-9 compliance experience.
  • Experience coordinating immigration processes with counsel.
  • Familiar with HR service delivery tools such as Jira preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation and employee-focused support.
