- Execute onboarding and offboarding with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and People team.
- Run the exit interview program end to end, including scheduling and surveys.

π― Requirements
- 3β6 years of experience in people operations or a similar generalist role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and an ATS; strong data hygiene instincts.
- Strong analytical skills β comfortable building reports, working in spreadsheets, and translating data.
- Sharp attention to detail; low tolerance for data errors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, direct communicator who translates policy and data into plain language.
- Experience working at a high-growth startup and comfort operating with ambiguity.
- Direct experience with Ashby as ATS and Workday as HRIS.
- Experience building or overhauling people operations processes from scratch.
