πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end recruiting ops, including ATS workflows and scheduling in Ashby.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health, conversions, and time-to-fill.
  • Manage employee data in Workday across hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and People team.
  • Run the exit interview program end to end, including scheduling and surveys.
  • Support performance reviews, engagement surveys, and company programs.
  • Serve as trusted HR contact for employees and managers across the lifecycle.
  • Identify process improvements to scale People ops and document them.
  • Implement AI-powered tools and workflows to automate tasks and surface insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in people operations or a similar generalist role.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and an ATS; strong data hygiene instincts.
  • Strong analytical skills β€” comfortable building reports, working in spreadsheets, and translating data.
  • Sharp attention to detail; low tolerance for data errors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, direct communicator who translates policy and data into plain language.
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup and comfort operating with ambiguity.
  • Direct experience with Ashby as ATS and Workday as HRIS.
  • Experience building or overhauling people operations processes from scratch.
