  • Leverage HRIS to perform transactions and support employees/internal stakeholders.
  • Provide HR support on Benefits, Compensation, Policies, Relocation, Payroll, and HR Systems.
  • Administer, communicate, and process core HR tasks.
  • Partner with People functions/HRBPs to ensure experience and data integrity.
  • Mentor employees and managers on core HR policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and assist with HR program rollouts and system testing.

  • Prioritize stakeholders, projects, and tasks.
  • Curiosity and desire to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactive communicator, prioritizing employee and customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with understanding of payroll, IT, compensation, benefits, legal.
  • Minimum 3 years experience running HR processes in AMERICAS, coordinating tasks and queries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
