  • Support onboarding, internal mobility, performance, benefits enrollment, and offboarding.
  • Own and improve HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, JIRA) for data integrity and scalability.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on systems usage.
  • Support compensation processes: job profiles, leveling, bonus tracking, benchmarking, equity.
  • Analyze HR data to create dashboards on headcount, turnover, DEI, and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years HR experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Process-oriented with proven HR project management and metrics.
  • Analytical and able to translate data into actions.
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
