- 2-3 years HR experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Process-oriented with proven HR project management and metrics.
- Analytical and able to translate data into actions.
- Resilient and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
