- Plan holiday events, volunteer programs, and culture activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, IT, and HR leadership on process improvements.

- 3-5 years in People/HR Operations.
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS (Greenhouse, ADP).
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
