  • 2-3 yearsโ€™ People Ops exp in high-growth, fast-paced env
  • Strong interest in HR systems; HRIS exp (HiBob, Workday, Ashby)
  • Excellent attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to build scalable systems and automate processes
  • Comfortable handling sensitive data with discretion
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; open to AI
