- Strong interest in HR systems; HRIS exp (HiBob, Workday, Ashby)
- Excellent attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to build scalable systems and automate processes
- Comfortable handling sensitive data with discretion
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; open to AI
