๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end People Ops for France & EMEA: onboarding, offboarding, data changes, docs.
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and Syntec CBA; monitor broader EMEA rules.
  • Manage benefits and leave processes across EMEA (paid leave, RTT, sick, parental leave).
  • Primary contact for employees across France & EMEA.
  • Own and optimize People systems (HRIS, ticketing, workflows, integrations).
  • Drive automation to reduce manual work; prioritize France while enabling broader EMEA scalability.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years HR / People Operations experience in France.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and Syntec CBA (required).
  • Experience implementing and optimizing HRIS, ticketing tools, workflows, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience launching or significantly improving HRIS platforms or People Support Help Desks.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations (APIs, SFTPs, middleware) across HR systems.
  • Able to commute to the Paris office 2-3 times per week.
