- Own end-to-end People Ops for France & EMEA: onboarding, offboarding, data changes, docs.
- Ensure compliance with French labor law and Syntec CBA; monitor broader EMEA rules.
- Manage benefits and leave processes across EMEA (paid leave, RTT, sick, parental leave).
- Primary contact for employees across France & EMEA.
- Own and optimize People systems (HRIS, ticketing, workflows, integrations).
- Drive automation to reduce manual work; prioritize France while enabling broader EMEA scalability.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years HR / People Operations experience in France.
- Strong knowledge of French labor law and Syntec CBA (required).
- Experience implementing and optimizing HRIS, ticketing tools, workflows, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience launching or significantly improving HRIS platforms or People Support Help Desks.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations (APIs, SFTPs, middleware) across HR systems.
- Able to commute to the Paris office 2-3 times per week.
