- Create and audit employee records for accuracy and compliance

- Maintain People dashboards and reporting (headcount, attrition, milestones)
- Support HRIS implementations and policy design/communication
π― Requirements
- 4+ years in People Operations or HR admin
- Exceptional organizational skills and data confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with office management, ops, or event planning
- Ability to work independently with a global team
- Experience with HR tools: Notion, Slack, TriNet, Lattice, Deel, Claude
