- Proven experience in People Operations or HR Generalist at an experienced specialist level
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle in a global, distributed environment
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communication with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
- Understanding of confidential information handling and applicable legislation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment and taking ownership
