  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle globally (onboarding, offboarding, changes, docs)
  • First point of contact for queries on People processes, policies, benefits and systems
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems
  • Support recurring processes such as probation reviews, performance cycles, engagement surveys
  • Contribute to improving and documenting People Operations processes
  • Assist with London office management, ensuring it is well organized and welcoming

  • Proven experience in People Operations or HR Generalist at an experienced specialist level
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle in a global, distributed environment
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, confident communication with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of confidential information handling and applicable legislation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment and taking ownership
