Co-own People Operations end-to-end: diagnose root cause, resolve, document, close
Translate People policies into clear, practical guidance (no HR jargon)
Maintain HiBob as a clean source of truth and coordinate onboarding
Support Leapsome (performance cycles, feedback, calibration prep)

🎯 Requirements

5+ years HR/People experience (3+ years in startup/tech)
Experience supporting 100+ remote-first global team
Hands-on with HiBob (HRIS) and Leapsome
Strong operational judgment and critical thinking
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
