  • First point of contact for onboarding activities.
  • Oversee onboarding, including I-9 verification, policy acknowledgments, IT setup.
  • Lead new hire orientation, training, and documentation.
  • Manage offboarding, exit interviews, paperwork, and asset returns.
  • Respond to HR inquiries and interpret policies accurately.
  • Process HR transactions via HRIS/ADP and support changes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years HR experience including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data, benefits and payroll.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and payroll software; Greenhouse ATS knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies; excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with SOX controls and compliance; maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
