π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent.
- 3-5 years HR experience including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data, benefits and payroll.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and payroll software; Greenhouse ATS knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies; excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with SOX controls and compliance; maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
