  • Own and improve end-to-end onboarding operations (welcome, I-9, IT, swag).
  • Coordinate in-person onboarding experiences at the San Francisco hub.
  • Lead cross-functional People Ops initiatives with Finance, IT, Legal, Recruiting.
  • Maintain data accuracy; manage Workday transactions for changes.
  • Build scalable onboarding, offboarding, and core People Ops processes.
  • Support compliance and audit readiness; assist with documentation and audits.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in People Ops/HR ops, fast-growth environment.
  • Workday power user: transactions, reports, data issues.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Notion.
  • Systems thinker; enjoy improving processes.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented; manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be within commuting distance of SF hub.
