π― Requirements
- 5+ years in a people operations role at a growth-stage or mid-size company
- Hands-on FMLA, state leaves, and ADA accommodations end-to-end
- Experience leading a PEO exit or HRIS implementation/infra build
- Strong knowledge of federal employment law and multi-state compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling, Gusto, BambooHR, Workday) and evaluating tools
- Clear communicator with attention to detail and discretion
