🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a people operations role at a growth-stage or mid-size company
  • Hands-on FMLA, state leaves, and ADA accommodations end-to-end
  • Experience leading a PEO exit or HRIS implementation/infra build
  • Strong knowledge of federal employment law and multi-state compliance
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling, Gusto, BambooHR, Workday) and evaluating tools
  • Clear communicator with attention to detail and discretion
