📋 Description

  • Support onboarding coordination, Day 1 orientation, and offboarding.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR processes and policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and systems.
  • Contribute to improvements to administrative processes.
  • Answer basic employee queries with a customer-centric approach.
  • Organize team events and regional culture initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS (BambooHR a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
