- Serve as the operational hub for People Experience in Toronto.
- Deliver end-to-end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and local culture.
- Lead project workstreams and drive process improvements.

- Partner with People Partners and stakeholders to inform decisions.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4-5 years in People Operations or HR; agency/matrix experience preferred.
- HiBob HRIS experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
- Experience in global, fast-paced agency/consultancy environment desirable.
