  • Serve as the operational hub for People Experience in Toronto.
  • Deliver end-to-end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and local culture.

  • Ensure compliance with local country processes and standards.
  • Partner with People Partners and stakeholders to inform decisions.

  • 4-5 years in People Operations or HR; agency/matrix experience preferred.
  • HiBob HRIS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
  • Experience in global, fast-paced agency/consultancy environment desirable.
