- Own and optimize HRIS, ATS, and people tools; drive automation.
- Maintain accurate employee data, org charts, and reporting lines across systems.
- Lead data integrity, auditing, and compliance across HR platforms.
- Develop, document, and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs globally.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, financial regulations, and crypto standards.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of HR operations or people operations experience, ideally fintech, crypto, or tech
- Deep understanding of global HR compliance, employment laws, and payroll operations
- Experience managing HR systems (Ashby, Notion, JustWorks)
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with spreadsheets, audits, and data integrity
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to scale processes in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, fintech, banking, crypto) strongly preferred
