📋 Description

• Lead and develop the People Operations team; set standards for service quality and compliance.
• Own and optimise People Ops processes to be simple, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Establish and maintain governance for accuracy, risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
• Ensure global People Ops meets legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Oversee global payroll end-to-end; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead development, implementation, and review of People policies across the Group.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a People Lead or People Operations Manager role.
• Strong background in designing scalable, efficient People processes.
• Deep governance, compliance, and audit readiness knowledge in HR.
• Expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or international environments.
• Hands-on experience managing global payroll processes.
