🎯 Requirements

  • Proven expertise with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday Recruiting).
  • Strong technical skills including system configuration, integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce management, including contractor/EOR compliance.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation, building AI agents and workflows.
  • Data-driven with analytics frameworks and actionable insights.
