🎯 Requirements

- Own projects from problem to launch; cross-functional leadership.
- Product-minded; treat People tech as a product; drive adoption.
- Experience with TA, Performance/Engagement, and Tier 1-3 ticketing.
- Experience with EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and iPaaS integrations.
- Data architecture experience; understand cross-platform data field mappings.
