📋 Description

  • Own and scale core HR operations across all functions.

  • Collaborate with Finance on payroll accuracy and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge of benefits, LOAs, and employment laws.
  • Experience with HRIS (Rippling preferred).
  • Proven track record of process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
