🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a People Operations Generalist
  • Experience setting People Ops strategy and scalable programs.
  • Experience leading People/Office Ops teams with clear ownership.
  • Deep ownership across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Strong operational instincts and attention to onboarding, documentation, and process rigor.
  • Ability to partner with managers as a trusted people advisor.
