- 6+ years of experience as a People Operations Generalist
- Experience setting People Ops strategy and scalable programs.
- Experience leading People/Office Ops teams with clear ownership.
- Deep ownership across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Strong operational instincts and attention to onboarding, documentation, and process rigor.
- Ability to partner with managers as a trusted people advisor.
