  • First line of support for the People Team; triage tickets and key People Ops processes.
  • Respond to internal/external inquiries; resolve issues or route to resources.
  • Execute data updates (onboarding, offboarding, verifications) with minimal guidance.
  • Manage and triage the People Ops ticket queue; answer questions and process tasks.
  • Provide clear guidance via email, ticket, or Slack.
  • Assist with special and ad-hoc People projects.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in People Ops or HR shared services.
  • Strong customer service; handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Familiar with US HR practices; Canada experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Workday, Jira, and/or Greenhouse; ticketing/SLA experience.
  • Able to triage across multiple channels and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
