- Execute data updates (onboarding, offboarding, verifications) with minimal guidance.
- Manage and triage the People Ops ticket queue; answer questions and process tasks.
- Provide clear guidance via email, ticket, or Slack.
- Assist with special and ad-hoc People projects.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-5 years in People Ops or HR shared services.
- Strong customer service; handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Familiar with US HR practices; Canada experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiar with Workday, Jira, and/or Greenhouse; ticketing/SLA experience.
- Able to triage across multiple channels and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
