π― Requirements
- 3+ years in People Operations or HR Operations in a fast-paced growth company.
- Fluent in Japanese and English; comfortable with Japanese employee docs.
- Strong Workday (HCM) knowledge; proficient with multiple HR tools.
- Detail-oriented; able to handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
- Must hold or obtain Class 2 Occupational Health Manager License within 1 year.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear communication; AI-curious.
