  • Fluent in Japanese and English; comfortable with Japanese employee docs.
  • Strong Workday (HCM) knowledge; proficient with multiple HR tools.
  • Detail-oriented; able to handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
  • Must hold or obtain Class 2 Occupational Health Manager License within 1 year.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear communication; AI-curious.
