📋 Description

  • Build relationships across the People Team and internal partners to support global needs.
  • Lead regional onboarding in Mexico, including new hire orientation and payroll setup.
  • Support I-9 processing and payroll setup for international hires.
  • Review payroll reports for changes; liaise with payroll for timely processing.
  • Manage People Team tickets, triage requests, escalate and close.
  • Complete Workday transactions and ensure downstream impacts are addressed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years in People Operations or HR support.
  • Experience supporting international HR ops across US, Canada, UAE, Philippines, Australia, Singapore.
  • Knowledge of international employment practices and HR policies.
  • 1-2 years Workday data maintenance and processing.
  • Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
