- Build relationships across the People Team and internal partners to support global needs.
- Lead regional onboarding in Mexico, including new hire orientation and payroll setup.
- Support I-9 processing and payroll setup for international hires.
- Review payroll reports for changes; liaise with payroll for timely processing.
- Manage People Team tickets, triage requests, escalate and close.
- Complete Workday transactions and ensure downstream impacts are addressed.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-4 years in People Operations or HR support.
- Experience supporting international HR ops across US, Canada, UAE, Philippines, Australia, Singapore.
- Knowledge of international employment practices and HR policies.
- 1-2 years Workday data maintenance and processing.
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
