π― Requirements
- 5+ years in HR/People Operations; tech company preferred.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices and federal/state employment laws.
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and collaboration.
- PHR/SPHR certification (or similar) a plus.
