Be a resource for employees; serve as first contact for questions and support.
Partner with the Employee Experience team to boost engagement and culture.
Help build orientation, management training, and DEI programs.
Ensure a cohesive, values-aligned employee experience across the org.
Serve as primary People Partner for assigned functions; advise on strategy.
Coach leaders on feedback, development, performance, and difficult conversations.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in HR/People Operations; tech company preferred.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
Solid knowledge of HR practices and federal/state employment laws.
Strong project management, attention to detail, and collaboration.
PHR/SPHR certification (or similar) a plus.
