- Salary: $90,000-$110,000 base salary.
- Lead employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, orientation.
- Maintain HR systems (Rippling, Lattice) data integrity.
- Primary contact for employee questions; escalate when needed.
- Support payroll tasks, state registrations, tax issues.
- Run monthly and ad-hoc HR reporting and audits.
- Organize and lead engagement activities.
- Assist recruiting with interview coordination.
- Improve and document HR processes and workflows.
- Partner with Director on ad-hoc projects.
π― Requirements
- 3-5 years HR experience.
- Proficient with payroll tools and HR data systems (Rippling, Lattice).
- Intermediate/advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Self-starter; comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with Greenhouse and Rippling (nice to have).
