- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of broad HR knowledge.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Operational excellence; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Workday, JIRA and Excel.
- Confidentiality and team player.
