π― Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience across onboarding, employee relations, compliance, or benefits.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication; empathetic.
- Self-starter with initiative; able to work independently.
- Tech-savvy with HRIS and tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Monday.com, Rippling).
