π― Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Workday (HCM)
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data
- Service-oriented triage and prioritization skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, IT, and People Partners
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; AI tools curiosity
