  • Onboard new hires to HRIS, verify background checks, I-9, E-Verify
  • Manage offboarding and terminations in HRIS; draft separation paperwork
  • Serve as initial contact for employees via People Operations tickets
  • Maintain day-to-day HRIS transactions and employee files
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, IT, and People Partners
  • Support SOC2 compliance and regular audits; assist contingent worker processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday (HCM)
  • Excellent attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data
  • Service-oriented triage and prioritization skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, IT, and People Partners
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; AI tools curiosity
