🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in similar roles.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master’s a plus).
- Experience in Data Analytics; experience in People Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
- Curious, problem-solving approach—always looking for ways to improve processes and unlock insights.
- Great communication and storytelling skills; fluent in English.
