  • Primary contact for People Operations inquiries via Jira, email.
  • Provide tier 1 People Team support (questions, system access, verifications).
  • Escalate tier 2 issues to appropriate People Operations or cross-functional partners.
  • Manage onboarding tasks in HCM, ensure data accuracy, and schedule orientation.
  • Maintain data integrity across HCM and payroll/tools.
  • Create and coordinate new job requisitions in HCM with cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3+ years HR administrative support experience.
  • 1+ years Workday HR experience.
  • 1+ years with a ticketing tool (Jira preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication for HR info.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, vLookup, formulas).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
