- Escalate tier 2 issues to appropriate People Operations or cross-functional partners.
- Manage onboarding tasks in HCM, ensure data accuracy, and schedule orientation.
- Maintain data integrity across HCM and payroll/tools.
- Create and coordinate new job requisitions in HCM with cross-functional partners.
π― Requirements
- 1-3+ years HR administrative support experience.
- 1+ years Workday HR experience.
- 1+ years with a ticketing tool (Jira preferred).
- Strong written and verbal English communication for HR info.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, vLookup, formulas).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
