๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Serve as primary contact for People Ops inquiries via Jira/email.
  • Provide tier 1 People Team support for questions and system access.
  • Escalate complex issues to People Operations or cross-functional partners.
  • Manage onboarding tasks in HCM and verify data accuracy across systems.
  • Maintain data integrity in HCM and payroll tools.
  • Create and update job requisitions in HCM with cross-functional teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-3+ years HR administrative support experience
  • 1+ years Workday HR experience
  • 1+ years with a ticketing tool (Jira preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • International experience supporting NA/EMEA is a plus
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, formulas)
