- Provide Tier 1 support for people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center.
- Manage onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding procedures.
- Administer time and attendance records using timeclocks and HRIS.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure policy compliance.
- Collaborate with People Partners to escalate issues and improve workflows.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1+ year experience in People Operations, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
- The ability to work a Front Half schedule (Sun-Wed 10:30am-8:30pm )
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inquiries with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
- A 'compliance first' attitude to keep our regulators happy and enthusiastic about Flexport since we operate in a heavily regulated industry.
