  • Generate HR documents and employment letters.
  • Administer US/Canada benefits; enrollment, updates, communications.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding; collect docs, onboarding orientation, HRIS updates.
  • Support People Team programs; respond to inquiries, meetings, and reporting.
  • Create and update reports for performance and compensation; Dayforce tasks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Suite and MS Office.
  • Fluency in French is an asset but not required.
  • Knowledge of Canadian/US employment law is an asset but not required.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
