π― Requirements
- 1+ years of HR operations experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Multi-state or multi-region HR experience with data integrity and compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy and policy interpretation
- Global HR operations experience, a plus
