🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of HR operations experience managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Multi-state or multi-region HR experience with data integrity and compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy and policy interpretation
  • Global HR operations experience, a plus
