  • 0โ€“2 years of HR experience or HR internship, or relevant administrative experience.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in HR policies and best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with willingness to improve processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player eager to learn and grow within a People team.
