🎯 Requirements

  • Confidentiality and data security for sensitive employee data.
  • Process improvement mindset; experience with automation or AI in systems.
  • HRIS and ATS experience; data-savvy.
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, esp. spreadsheets.
