📋 Description

  • Coordinate and process employee data for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contracts, and benefits.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, changes, leave, and right-to-work checks.
  • Maintain HRIS, payroll, and benefits records; act as a system superuser.
  • Provide first-class support to employees via the People team inbox.
  • Oversee release of employee communications on policies, leave, global mobility and payroll.
  • Update the People intranet hub with forms, policies, and FAQs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in similar role.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills and experience.
  • Experience with UKG is a plus.
  • Detail oriented with a structured approach to daily tasks.
  • Comfortable with data, numbers, and Excel formulas (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
