🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years in People Operations or HR Admin
- UK HR expertise with knowledge of the employee lifecycle
- Global exposure across UK, US and/or Germany (EOR via Deel desirable)
- Payroll coordination experience across onboarding/offboarding
- HRIS experience (HiBob/Deel desirable)
- Strong communication, collaboration and discretion
