  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, incl. background checks and I-9
  • Primary contact for new hires during onboarding journey
  • Prepare onboarding materials (handbooks, policies)
  • Manage new hire training in LMS and in-person sessions
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure system access and laptop setup
  • Identify onboarding improvements to scale and streamline processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits
  • I-9 verification, onboarding workflows, HRIS data entry, and compliance basics
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail; multi-priority
  • Data-savvy with Excel or Google Sheets; trackers and reports
  • Willing to work in Midtown Manhattan office 5 days a week
