π― Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits
- I-9 verification, onboarding workflows, HRIS data entry, and compliance basics
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization and attention to detail; multi-priority
- Data-savvy with Excel or Google Sheets; trackers and reports
- Willing to work in Midtown Manhattan office 5 days a week
