π― Requirements
- 2β3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Rippling, but similar tool use welcome)
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
