🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (Rippling, but similar tool use welcome)
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
