📋 Description

  • Schedule interviews and HR phone screens with candidates.
  • Build candidate profiles and interview pipelines with managers.
  • Maintain HRIS and ATS; manage personnel records.
  • Process docs for hires, terminations, promotions, benefits, signatures.
  • Conduct compliance audits, payroll/benefits reviews, and attrition tracking.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, trainings, and policy updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR or recruiting.
  • Experience with BambooHR and Lever is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, flexibility, and action oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook calendar management.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs+ and long periods of standing/walking.
