🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in all aspects of people operations
  • Strong analytical skills; able to work independently or with a team
  • HR systems expert; compliance, compensation, benefits, and PM
  • Experience with Rippling preferred
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Thrive in fast-paced, remote, multi-project environment
