π― Requirements
- 2β4 years of HR/People Ops experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Hands-on HRIS experience: admin, data integrity, and reporting (Rippling, BambooHR, Workday).
- Curious about AI tools and adopting new tech to work more efficiently.
- Experience administering benefits, 401(k), or open enrollment.
- Familiarity with federal/state employment law compliance and record keeping.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or workflow automation.
