🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in HR/POps functions.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR tech (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Experience with globally distributed teams.
- Knowledge of POps processes/regulations in Canada/France/UK.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding.
