📋 Description

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HRIS (Zoho People), policies, and wiki pages for employees & contractors.
  • Assist with POps projects like automation, policy updates, and diversity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations globally.
  • Lead recruitment, liaising with managers and candidates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR/POps functions.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR tech (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Experience with globally distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of POps processes/regulations in Canada/France/UK.
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding.
