🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow; familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse) and integrations.
- Familiarity with AI/automation (workflow automation, knowledge management) in service delivery.
- Proven systems thinker who connects strategy, operations, experience, and technology into roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
