  • Strong recruiting exposure; can run the mechanics of a search.
  • ATS experience; Ashby bonus; care about processes and comms.
  • Learn complex software independently and automate workflows.
  • Tenacious problem solver with ownership; startup exp a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
