Serve as the lead HR partner for China, owning and scaling People Ops from Shanghai.
Act as HR business partner for managers across China, guiding employee relations and performance.
Build and implement HR processes across the full lifecycle, compliant with local laws.
Partner with APAC People hub (Korea) to localize China HR policies.
Drive hiring strategy to grow from ~30 to 50+ employees.
Own payroll with high accuracy, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience across HR, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and HR admin.
Hands-on payroll management in China.
Solid understanding of China labor laws, social insurance, and taxes.
Experience in a global company or with international stakeholders.
Ability to operate in a standalone role with high ownership.
Proven ability to build and implement HR processes from scratch.
