- Translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical processes and guidance
- Plan and lead end-to-end projects; drive delivery and track progress
- Collaborative, with stakeholders across functions; ability to align teams
- Strong communicator; write governance papers and explain complex decisions
- Data-driven; identify risks and prioritise improvements
