- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or Org Psych
- Interest in scalable People processes and employee experience
- Scaling processes and making everything run smoothly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick to learn People systems
